1 bottle of Glogg syrup is enough for 2 fl. wine or apple cider.
GOLDEN Golden syrup is boiled into cinnamon sticks, cardamom seeds, whole ginger, white pepper is combined with lemongrass, whole vanilla and star anise. This gives an elegant and harmonious seasoning where all the spices come into their own with the light touch of licorice from star anise being the most predominant. Golden is superb for the combination of white wine and white port, but is also ideal for non-alcoholic mulled wine based on cider, elderflower or apple juice. Serve Golden glögg with almonds, dried cranberries and thin strips of lemon.
RUBY This ruby syrup is made with cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and black pepper. It’s also combined with dried pineapple which adds a slightly fruity aroma. Simply pair with your favourite bottle of red wine or juice to create a thoughtful hostess gift and a warm, festive drink. Warm up the syrup with wine and serve with a spoonful of organic Spanish almonds and dried fruits in the glass. Alternatively, it can also be made with juice or cider or an exotic chai tea with true cinnamon.
