A generous double cream cheese that melts in the mouth. Its rich and creamy-soft texture releases a fresh and fine taste with a delicate flavor. Its buttery texture is creamier, lighter, and smoother than other brie cheeses. It has an almost whipped texture and pairs well with fruits, Champagne, and fresh breads. 

In 1980, Jean Claude Guilloteau came across a new way of making yoghurt using a special technique called ‘ultrafiltration’. Applying the new technique to cheese not only preserved nutrients but also resulted in a very smooth, silky texture. From humble beginnings, Jean Claude has has created a cheese that is sought all over the world.
