Made from the milk of manchega sheep, manchego cheese is one of the most popular cheeses from Spain. This particular manchego has been aged over 6 months giving the cheese a more concentrated caramel and nutty flavor. With a multitude of uses, serve this cheese alongside olives and sundried tomatoes, as a replacement for cheddar in sandwiches, or grated and melted on top dishes to enhance the manchego's flavor.
